However, we do understand occasionally you may need to exchange a product. Whether you need a different size, color or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange. Exchanges for Store Credits Must Meet The Below Requirements:
• Items must be shipped out within the next business. • Items must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returned items that have been damaged, worn or soiled. Item must be in a condition suitable for resale. • Formal gowns, bodysuits or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. • Items must have all Dé Luxe Boutique tags attached. • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Dé Luxe Boutique. • There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Dé Luxe Boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. • Dé Luxe Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping to avoid shipping damaging merchandise to customers. Any returned item will be inspected for signs of wear and/or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the customer will not receive a store credit. • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. • All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final. RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 3 days upon receivable of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging. All damages sent after 3 days upon receipt will be charged a 15% fee. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 3 day grace period.
We will not accept any items being returned after 7 days from the date received. All sales items are final.
